I'm Lily, and I previously worked at Shopify (Montreal) on checkout and payment related projects. I'm passionate about empowering users through beautiful, intuitive designs.

When I discovered that little program called Paint in grade 5, I was hooked. I began drawing everyday after school and soon received my first Wacom tablet and (bootleg 🤫) Adobe Elements a year later. Art was always my passion, but I wanted to make a difference and put it to logical use - solve problems you might say. To my surprise that's when I found UX design in university. I took a leap and studied in the inaugural class of Global Business and Digital Arts, from the University of Waterloo. Since then I've been tackling exciting e-commerce problems and I'm currently looking for bigger challenges.
